Too many athletes have their careers cut short by injury and most go through their entire careers experiencing and dealing with chronic pain and stiffness.
This was me for most of my playing career too! As a young GAA athlete I suffered through years of pain, stiffness, constant injuries and eventually, more serious injuries like dislocated shoulders, fractured bones, an ACL tear and multiple surgeries.
My body was broken and at just 24 years old I was forced to stop playing the sport I love. I lost out on my chance to establish myself at the highest level and missed out on many good days due to being sidelined with injury.
Now at 28 years old, I returned to play football and my body feels younger, stronger and more resilient than it ever has.

This program can be scaled to all levels of pain free ability and will address the most common weak areas that most people have, improve your joint and connective tissue strength and improve your range of motion. However, it is not intended to be a rehab program for any specific injury.

How many sessions per week will I be doing?
The core of the programme is designed with x3 sessions per week.
If you would like to do more than x3 session per week, I give guidance, advice and sample programme structures so that you can use the program to suit your schedule and training goals.

This program is designed to be a complete strength and mobility program. It is a full body programme that will help you set an athletic foundation of strength, resilience and range of motion.
The program is split between both upper and lower body sessions, as well as a dedicated full body mobility session.
Unfortunately not.
In order to get the maximum results from this program I recommend that you have access to basic equipment such as dumbbells, a barbell and a bench.
However, you can still get huge benefit from this program and make a lot of progress with no equipment. If you have questions specific to your situation and access to equipment you can always get support from us inside the program support group once inside the program platform. We will be able to give you specific help and guidance.
